„Housing First for Women offers me the possibility to work with a competent and professional team, who supports and accompanies homeless women in different areas of their lives very intensively. It also gives me the opportunity to encourage women to ask for professional psychological help and activate their self-effectiveness.“

A social assistant supports the team in various tasks and accompanies and supports clients with challenges in everyday life that they cannot or do not want to deal with on their own. The range of tasks includes house calls, accompanying visits to the doctor, visits to authorities, etc.

„Sometimes in life things match together like puzzle pieces or formulate a thematic thread in retrospect: a book about the hard life of homeless women, a pandemic which gives a lot of time for oneself, the wish to do something and an Internet search that hit the mark: “We are looking for a volunteer who does caretaker duties in a project which helps women to live in their own apartments again.
